Part of our philosophy is to refine and improve indigenous Albanian grapes by selectively introducing foreign varieties. Trebiano is an Italian variety that is well adapted to the Berat region.

  6. Origin of cultivar: “Trebiano Toscano” originates from Northern Italy and belongs to “Proles Occidentalis” family. It forms a cluster of an average weight equal to 200 grams. It ripens during September 10-20. The colour of the peel of its berry is yellow with golden hints. At the time of ripening, it contains 22-24% of sugar, and 5.4-6 grams of tartaric acid per litre.

  8. Geographic region of cultivation of vineyards with “Trebiano Toscano” cultivar: The grape, of which the wine “Trebiano” is made, is gathered from the vineyards cultivated in the Commune of “Perondia”. The vineyards with “Trebiano Toscano” cultivar are cultivated in the hilly lands of an average slope of 20-25%, situated 200-250 meters above sea level.

·       Colour: It has a yellow colour with green reflections.

·       Aroma: It has the fragrance of flowers and exotic fruits.

·       Taste: It is a dry wine. It has pleasant sourness and nice bouquet. The taste sensation and the effect it leaves behind last for a long time.

·       Effervescence: It is a still wine.
